Speaking of Jell-O, I'm in love with this Hawai'ian layered Jell-O thing that was offered from time to time at a local Japanese market. It's so cute and good.



I recently came upon on the recipe I had been looking for. I look forward to making it when I get back... hehehe, and who knows, maybe even combining this recipe with some of the last ones.
